A barrier... around the entirety of Nyoi-cho? It... is true that I have difficulty detecting the exact locations of the magi in that vicinity.

I can make a giant, protective dome. Place also gave me a shield that I can use like a dumb boomerang.

I was given the power to feel other people's emotions and project emotions on others when I came here. If they have strong mental defenses, I won't be able to sway them, but most people I may be able to influence into feeling fear or even a just a general need to be somewhere else if I try hard enough. I am still learning this ability, though. If I push too hard, I may just end up panicking them.

If you've anybody in town with resistance or immunity to mind-based abilities, you absolutely have to bring them along. I haven't been able to get an exact read on this thing's powers, but chances of it having mind-afflicting abilities are high.

You're in luck. That'd be me, and I know at least one other. And we're both warriors born.

Most of the magi I know seem to fight at short to medium range.

Actually, I can make something like a barrier. I haven't used it much, but if it'll really help, I'm willing to give it a shot.

I focus on information gathering and analysis. I can detect nearby sources of magical energy and scan it to determine the nature of its source. From that, I can learn what an enemy's weaknesses and powers are, as well as how many enemies are in a given area. Hoshiko's power allows her to communicate with teammates from afar, as well as intercept and send electronic signals that act as a vehicle with which she can communicate.

As far as I know, we don't have anyone like that among us, for either of those abilities. So I don't know if any of us can track electronic signals with our magic. I personally just have my bow and...well, kind of my healing, depending...
